@ Annual ISO 9001 Audit of the new Development Process:
"Much improvement was noticed since the Internal Audit from last year. The department is much more organized and there is now a departmental infrastructure in place, which facilitates the design of products and covers all aspects of design. As a result, job roles and responsibilities are clear and understood by the employees throughout the department. Documentation and record keeping has also greatly improved. The Development process used to Develop the 1500R was the most comprehensive design effort to date. Interestingly, it was also the fastest from start to finish. The Process used to Design the 1500R should be used on all other new designs as quickly as possible. Each new project will bring forth added improvement as the process is fine-tuned."
